With 7 years of experience, Mr. Chuah is a dedicated special needs educator skilled in supporting children with ASD, ADHD, GDD, learning disabilities, and speech delays. He holds a Psychology degree and has served as both an inclusive teacher and a center manager. His expertise includes EIP, IEP planning, play-based learning, phonics, behavior strategies, and educator training. Passionate about individualized teaching, he believes in adapting his methods to suit each child's unique way of learning.
Alyse Tan
Co-Founder
Special Needs Interventionist
Ms. Alyse is a dedicated educator and Registered Behavior Technician with nearly 7 years of experience in behavior support and inclusive education. Formerly a Vice Principal in an inclusive preschool, she works closely with schools and SENCOs to ensure smooth transitions for children. Passionate about neuro-affirming, multidisciplinary care, she collaborates with clinical psychologists to support both behavioral and emotional well-being. Her mission is to bridge special education with mainstream learning through empathy, teamwork, and purposeful support.
Lee Ken
Co-founder
Speech Therapist
Mr. Ken is a highly trained speech therapist with over 5 years of experience in a private hospital setting. Though based in KL, he co-founded ONEderful Therapy & Development Center in Penang and continues to support the team with his clinical expertise. He specializes in helping children with ASD, GDD, language delays, unclear speech, and social-communication difficulties. Passionate and dedicated, Mr. Ken is committed to helping every child find their voice and thrive.
